Diagnosing & Fees

AT AARON AUTO REPAIR LLC, WE WILL NOT HURRY A DIAGNOSIS FOR ANY REASON TO ENSURE OUR WORK IS ALWAYS DONE RIGHT.

We take the time to carefully check every vehicle so nothing is missed. There’s a small fee for each diagnosis, and an additional fee if you want us to reset dashboard lights or provide a sheet of the codes. If you go ahead and repair the issue we found, the fee you paid for the diagnosis will be applied toward the job. Always ask for your receipt—it’s important for using your credit and for warranty purposes. Taking the time up front means we get the job done right the first time, every time.

How Will You Be Charged?

AT AARON AUTO REPAIR LLC, WE DO NOT GIVE PRICES OVER THE PHONE. Every vehicle must be checked in person so we can accurately determine the cost, as we operate on an hourly-rate basis. Our charges are based on the estimated time a job will take, which can vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, and the type of vehicle being worked on, with parts costs added on top. We have three standard hourly rates: $120/hour for diesel trucks or high-end/branded cars, $90/hour for regular automobiles and trucks, and $90/hour for vans. Some jobs, like oil changes, fluid changes, brake pad and rotor replacements, and suspension work, are charged slightly differently with a more basic rate rather than strictly by time. Always call ahead to specify which category your vehicle falls into, as each job is customized to ensure every customer receives fair pricing and high-quality service.
